If you are replacing old handles with new, use your old screws and washers. If you should need to replace your screws and washers we can help but will need to know the type of thread and length you require as there are metric and imperial brass insets around (sometimes we can tell from just the brand/model of kayak). Should you have no inset nuts and you can easily reach inside your kayak we recommend a Stainless Steel Nyloc Nut, Rubber Backed Stainless Washer on the inside and a Stainless (or Nylon) Washer and Stainless Steel Steel Bolt (Screw) on the outside. If you have no inset nuts and can’t reach inside then the 3 Arm rivet and single nylon or stainless washer is an easy and strong solution. Best results for lifting occur if you have the handle mounted with the webbing ends underneath. Ideally the screws are under the rigid part of the handle.
