Suitable for kayaks where the metal and fabric raised seat is attached to the kayak via a track or rail system (so it can be adjusted for and aft). This mount uses the horizontal cross bar on the base of the kayak to slot into a recess in the mounting block and the mounting block is then secured to the track in the kayak Contents: One Heavy Duty reinforced plastic Mounting block (62 x 33 x 31 mm approx.) One Thumb Screw (thread depth approx. 43mm) The base frame tube of the seat inserts into the circular recess in the plastic block. Thumb screw inserts through the rounded rectangular hole (Hole allows lateral displacement over the rail nut over the rail insert nut (stainless steel or brass plate with threaded hole) (see pictures).
