Made in Canada this large soft rubber hatch is used on larger front round hatches on a number of makes and models of kayaks. When fitted to a composite, thermoformed, or roto moulded kayak it fits securely to a separately constructed hatch rim. This is especially noticable on Roto-Moulded kayaks where the separate installed hatch rim will be clearly different to the material your kayak is made from. This hatch works best on its appropriate hatch rim and is not made to fit a standard roto-moulded hatch rim that is made as part of the kayak.
