Harmony Hatch Kit 6.5 inch (fits Tribe) Threaded Style with bag

The Harmony 6.5 in. Screw-In Hatch is a Kit that comes with the hatch and rim as well as a gasket, mounting hardware, leash cord with P-Clip as well as a bag to store your items in the hatch space. Hatch bag opening is 5.25 inches. Rim is secured with 8 Screws, which go into reversed rubber well nuts (giving a good seal with no sharp internal projections unlike a standard washer and nut system) and instructions are included. This is an OEM replacement hatch for Perception Tribes (fitted with screw on hatch not later rubber versions) but can be used on flat surfaces with a minimum round diameter of 8 inches (8.5 to be safe) ( 20.5-21.6 cm) so will suit a number of other boats from Perception as well as other brands. Manufacturer’s Part # 8023780 This is a threaded (not bayonet) style hatch. Adds additional dry storage space to your kayak. Threaded screw-on lid with rubber gasket ring secures tightly to protect against loss of moisture. Bag measures 6.5” wide and 8” in depth. Includes: hatch, catch bag, flange, gasket and hardware. 6.5” (17 cm) open hatch design requires 8.5” (21.6 cm) flat surface to install. Compatible with most polyethylene sit-in or sit-on-top kayaks Note that this has changed over the years and the hatch cover may not appear the same as all the pictures as some refer to a previous (compatible) model- you may need to replace your rim to match the threads.
