This is supplied as is -It is not cut to a length and has no mounting holes installed. This means you can mount with 2 holes one each end or just a single depending on your kayak’s setup. Holes can be melted into the webbing at the appropriate length to match existing handles. It is best to use a soldering iron (or similar e.g. Nail held to a flame etc) to melt a round hole of appropriate size.)
