Description Features: The bed, column, saddle, and table are constructed from high-grade Meehanite cast iron and undergo stress relief treatment to ensure structural stability and durability. X and Y axes are safeguarded by stainless steel telescopic covers for effective protection against chips and debris. X and Y axis movements are driven by high-precision lead screws with preloaded double nuts to ensure excellent feed accuracy and backlash reduction. All slideways are hardened and precision ground, then coated with Turcite-B to minimize friction and maximize wear resistance. The spindle is supported by high-precision angular contact bearings to ensure stable, high-speed operation. Made from SCM21 alloy steel, the spindle is heat treated and precision ground for optimal strength and accuracy. All gears in the milling head are hardened and precision ground, ensuring smooth, quiet operation and extended service life. The X-axis feed is powered by a high-torque servo motor, allowing stepless variable feed speed for improved machining control. A high-power spindle motor delivers strong cutting performance and high material removal rates.
